Registration & Attendance

Where do I check in for the Power Jam?

You can check in at our registration table located at the Counter next to the business center on first floor of The Westin beginning at 3PM on Tuesday, April 29th. Registration will be open at 8 am on Wednesday and 8 am on Thursday as well.

Do I need to wear my badge?

Yes! Badge will be required for all sessions, lunches and the Wednesday evening event.

Dress Code

What is the dress code for Power Jam?

Business casual is recommended for all conference sessions. Casual dress is recommended for the Wednesday evening event, this will be outside in a covered area, please dress accordingly.

Transportation & Parking

What are my transportation options from the airport?

The venue is easily accessible by car and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available. The nearest airport is DFW.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, on-Site parking is offered for a daily fee. Details on parking fees and availability can be found here. Parking Information Self-Parking will be provided complimentary for overnight guests of Aqore; registration can be made at the Front Desk.

What are my transportation options from the hotel to the Wednesday evening event?

We have secured shuttles that will take you back and forth to the event from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Aqore Staff will be in the lobby to direct you.

Sessions & Events

What sessions will be offered at Power Jam?

Power Jam will feature a mix of keynote speeches, breakout sessions, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities. The agenda will be available on the back of your badge. You can also find it here: Power Jam 2026 Agenda

Where are the sessions?

The majority of the sessions will be held on the 1st floor at The Westin in the Trinity (main room), Dogwood, Chinaberry and Washington Irving conference rooms. We'll be having breakfast and lunch in the Private Dining Rooms located on the 1st floor.

Can I schedule one-on-one meetings with Zenople experts?

Yes! We encourage attendees to schedule one-on-one meetings with our team members. Please email laura.schmitz@aqore.com with your desired Aqore team member and/or topic(s) by 4/24 and we’ll get it scheduled for you.

Where is the Tuesday Evening Event?

The reception will be held in the Oak Ballroom on the first beginning at 6PM. Aqore team members will be onsite beginning at 3PM for registration, training sessions and one-on-one meetings.

Where is the Wednesday Evening Event?

The event with be located at Rock & Brews. The address is 520 W State Hwy 114, Grapevine, TX 76051. Shuttles will go back and forth starting at 6:30 pm.

What to Bring

What should I bring to Power Jam?

Your ideas and questions! We recommend bringing a laptop or tablet for interactive sessions, and business cards for networking. Our hope is that the Power Jam will be as engaging and interactive as possible to ensure you have exciting new opportunities to bring back to your business and implement right away.

Meals & Accommodations

Do I need to book my own hotel?

Yes, attendees are responsible for their own accommodation. We have a discounted rate through The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Click here for Reservations

Book Your Room

Are meals provided?

Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days of the conference. Light refreshments will also be available throughout the event. The Wednesday Evening Event will be held at Rock & Brews with heavy appetizers and drinks. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the event if you’d like to have dinner before or after.

Wi-Fi & Technology

Will Wi-Fi be available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees. Connection details will be provided at check-in.

Networking & Social Events

Will there be networking opportunities?

Absolutely! Power Jam includes dedicated networking breaks, evening receptions, and group discussions to help you connect with industry peers and experts.

Can I bring a guest to social events?

The Wednesday evening event may allow guest attendance for an additional fee based on capacity. Please contact your Client Services Account Manager if you plan to bring a guest.

What should I do in case of an emergency?

The venue’s emergency procedures will be shared at the start of the event. If you need assistance, event staff will be available at the registration desk throughout Power Jam.
