You can check in at our registration table located at the Counter next to the business center on first floor of The Westin beginning at 3PM on Tuesday, April 29th. Registration will be open at 8 am on Wednesday and 8 am on Thursday as well.
Yes! Badge will be required for all sessions, lunches and the Wednesday evening event.
Business casual is recommended for all conference sessions. Casual dress is recommended for the Wednesday evening event, this will be outside in a covered area, please dress accordingly.
The venue is easily accessible by car and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available. The nearest airport is DFW.
Yes, on-Site parking is offered for a daily fee. Details on parking fees and availability can be found here. Parking Information Self-Parking will be provided complimentary for overnight guests of Aqore; registration can be made at the Front Desk.
We have secured shuttles that will take you back and forth to the event from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Aqore Staff will be in the lobby to direct you.

The majority of the sessions will be held on the 1st floor at The Westin in the Trinity (main room), Dogwood, Chinaberry and Washington Irving conference rooms. We'll be having breakfast and lunch in the Private Dining Rooms located on the 1st floor.
Yes! We encourage attendees to schedule one-on-one meetings with our team members. Please email laura.schmitz@aqore.com with your desired Aqore team member and/or topic(s) by 4/24 and we’ll get it scheduled for you.
