I understand that it should be about me, but I don’t know where to start. What topics are best to choose? Should I write like in a school essay or can I write something simpler? I was told that I need to be sincere, but I don’t know how to do it so that it doesn’t sound boring. Are there any examples of such essays or templates? Don't try to be "perfect", show how you changed, grew, coped with something. For example, I wrote about my failure at the Olympiad and how it motivated me. It is important for them to understand who you are inside. And also - don't be shy about asking someone to read your text before sending it.
