Duplicate entries in the Employment Form were triggering UNIQUE KEY constraint errors, slowing down applicant tracking and onboarding.

This was especially challenging for teams handling high volumes of candidates. So, we eliminated this bottleneck in the May 2025 feature updates.

  • Fixed an issue where discarded documents were incorrectly included in total counts, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Enhanced the Spanish translation of the W-4 form’s exemption question for improved clarity.

Time & Attendance Enhancements

  • Resolved the “Timeclock not found” error for users with mixed active/inactive statuses.
  • Overtime rates now stay consistent, that is, no more surprise markups during import.

UI/UX Improvements

  • Enlarged the Job Portal logo for better branding visibility.
  • Increased contrast for radio buttons to boost form accessibility.

Batch processing just got smarter. You told us it felt scattered, so we transformed the Work Board into a centralized command center for payroll and invoicing.

  • Instant Batch Snapshots: View batch statuses at a glance, approved, pending, or needing attention.
  • One-Click Approvals & Auto-Sorting: Approve transactions instantly with auto-sorting.
  • Exception Alerts: Get alerts for compliance or data gaps before they become costly issues.
  • Instant Batch Closure: Close payroll or invoices with a single click.
  • Audit Trail: Track who made changes, when, and from where, no more chasing emails or spreadsheets.

4. Smart Time Tracking with Enhanced Timesheet Management

Manual tracking is a thing of the past. Our upgraded timesheet system offers real-time visibility and automation to save you time and reduce errors.

  • Clear Time Status Labels: Instantly see who’s working, on break, or done for the day.
  • Live Sync with Timeclock: Changes reflect immediately across the platform, eliminating mismatches.
  • Smarter Exception Handling: Filter and resolve time entry issues directly from the Work Board.
  • Source Tracking: Identify whether entries come from the Timeclock, manual input, or API.
  • Daily Auto-Generated Transactions: Zenople by Aqore now creates daily entries at midnight, minimizing manual work.

You asked for simpler ways to manage complex job schedules, and we’ve delivered two major improvements:

  • Job Type Field: Add, edit, and filter job types directly in the schedule grid for quick organization.
  • Mass Assign Schedules: Assign one employee to multiple upcoming jobs in a single action, with rules and compliance automatically enforced.

6. New Reporting Tools for Deeper Insights

Our enhanced Report Management System (RMS) provides the data you need for smarter staffing decisions and cleaner audits.

  • ZenTime Sync Fail Report: View un-synced mobile app entries, identify issues, and fix them before payroll.
  • I-9 Log Report: Track all U.S. I-9 form actions by office, employee, and date for audit readiness.
  • Updated Job Portal Report: Gain deeper insights into job postings with filters for date, type (Temp, DH, Scheduled), and status.
